Palestinian Art Masterclass with Sliman Mansour (2021)

For TPFF 2021, the legendary Palestinian artist Sliman Mansour provided us a masterclass in Palestinian art history. He was most generous with his time and knowledge in one of the most memorable conversations we’ve ever had. His work was beautiful and political - capturing the spirit of resistance of the Palestinian people. He also was one of the most important cultural resisters in Palestine, organizing artists to resist the draconian rules of the occupiers. His legacy lives on in his work and the path carved for all the Palestinian artists he supported and inspired. Rest in Power. Allah Yerhamo.
