The Toronto Palestine Film Festival (TPFF) is a volunteer-run, non-profit festival that has been bringing Palestinian stories through cinema, art, music, and culture to GTA audiences for 18 years. Thanks to the generosity of our audience and community donors, TPFF has consistently been able to break new grounds by showcasing the diverse talents of Palestinians globally. TPFF was conceived in 2008 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Al-Nakba.

With your support TPFF 2024 was able to host over 30 program of events and screenings, both in-person and online. Your support made this possible!

• Outdoor summer screening at Christie Pits Park

• Hosted Nai Barghouti in Concert in Toronto

• TPFF embroidery, dabke, and kids art Art workshops

• Talks and panels with authors, and more

• TPFF Vigil Marking a Year of Genocide

• Sumoud Support Sessions (mental health)

• SAHTAIN Brunch

• Art Exhibits

Any donation, big or small, goes a long way. All the funding will go directly to the operations of the festival, which includes:

• Ensuring the festival is accessible online and in-person

• Supporting filmmakers and artists through fair compensation

• Supporting operational costs such as streaming, online ticketing, venue rentals and production

• Sharing diverse stories of triumph and hardship of Palestinians with Toronto and international audiences

• Creating a space for audiences to gather, engage, learn, share and celebrate Palestinian excellence
